You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where item(s) are:
different from a sample shown to you.
We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you wish to return with any reasons unless the product is faulty we provide a refund, but the postage charge should be handled by the buyer and is non-refundable.
If the item is faulty, we will refund for your return postage only up to the amount it originally cost to send the item to you. Unless otherwise agreed before hand, we do not reimburse Express or Registered post cost on returns.
Orders placed before 3PM GMT+10 will generally ship within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally ship the next business day.
For Standard Shipping, orders will typically arrive 4-6 business days from the date of shipment.
For Economy Shipping, orders will typically arrive 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.
For Express Shipping, orders will typically arrive 1-3 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays. If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we’ll contact you via email.
