Simply return the item in original condition within 14 days from the delivery date.

How Do I Initiate My Return?

Step 1: Enter your order number & email address in the fields below & click Send.

Step 2: You will recieve instructions on your mail. Follow the instructions & select the items you want to return.

Step 3: You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

Item Not Arrived 

If the item is not delivered within 14 days from the day of the dispatch the customer should send us an email to jackwang2021@gmail.com with order number.   

Faulty item(s)/ Broken Item(s)

You have 7 business days upon receipt of the order to notify us about the Broken Item(s)/ Faulty item(s)received. If 7 business days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Send us an email to jackwang2021@gmail.com stating your concern and attach pictures and/or a videos of the item(s) showing the Broken Item(s)/ Faulty item(s) received. 

Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) or videos within 7 business days of receiving the email, before we issue a replacement. Customer will also have to return the Broken Item(s)/ Faulty item(s) in order to receive a replacement. Further instructions will be given through email.

Order Cancellation

  • We offer full refund to your original payment method if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from the below section, once you decide to cancel the order.

    • NOTE :-It can take sometime maybe 4-5 business days depending on which Credit Card company to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
    • If you missed the window to cancel the order, you can always set up a return or exchange ahead of time, and then send the item back once it arrives.

Return/Exchange Process

All return/exchange items must be returned  unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Here are the steps to initiate Return/Exchange :- 

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at Jackwang2021@gmail.com to get a return authorization and return address or fill in the form below to initiate return or refund authorization. 

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email within 24-48 Hours. You also call at +61 470 055 978 Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price, or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Products purchased from online store can be returned at any time by the customer with proof of purchase; 
  2. The returned items must not be earrings, cosmetics, charity items, seconds, samples customised/ personalised items, gift cards, Cotton On Body Self Love items (Due to hygiene reasons). 
  3. All items will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise, an exchange.
  4. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
  5. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return; and
  6. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except as provided below.

Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.

    In Case of Damaged on Arrival/Incorrect or Wrong Item(s)

    You have 7 business days upon receipt of the order to notify us about the Damaged on Arrival/Incorrect or Wrong Item(s) received. If 7 business days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    Send us an email to jackwang2021@gmail.com stating your concern and attach pictures and/or a videos of the item(s) showing the Damaged on Arrival/Incorrect or Wrong Item(s) received. 

    Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) or videos within 7 business days of receiving the email, before we issue a replacement.     How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent to the original method of payment, within 5- 7 working days.
