How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email which will include your tracking number.
After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-3 Business Days. Below are the expected delivery times.

How long does delivery take?
Usually 7-15 Days. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow maximum 20 days for delivery.

Do you deliver products internationally?
Aqua Sports only ships products in Australia. We do not sell worldwide as our fulfillment centres are located in Australia.
I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.
I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

What are Aqua Sports doing to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff within the workplace?
We’re taking the Coronavirus outbreak incredibly seriously and want to ensure the wellbeing and safety of staff at all times when making any decisions. Since the government advised it was safest to do so, all our head office staff have been working from home. We have put in place a strict social distancing policy for any members of staff who may have to come in closer contact during the outbreak.
Our warehouse staff are following a series of strict guidelines including social distancing, hand washing and many more procedures which may result in some delays in order processing.
