Return/Exchange Process

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at to get a return authorization and return address or fill in the form above to initiate return or refund authorization. 

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email within 1-2 working days. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

How soon will I get my Refund?

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

· Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent to the original method of payment, within 2- 4 working days.

In Case of Damage/Incorrect Item(s)

You have 5 business days upon receipt of the order to notify us about the damage or the incorrect item(s) received. If 5 business days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Send us an email to stating your concern and attach pictures and/or a videos of the item(s) showing the damage or the incorrect item(s) received. 

Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) or videos within 5 business days of receiving the email, before we issue a replacement. Customer will also have to return the damage or incorrect item(s) in order to receive a replacement. Further instructions will be given through email.
