RETURNS POLICY
You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where item(s) are: faulty wrongly described different from a sample shown to you. We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at jackwang2021@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you wish to return with any reasons unless the product is faulty we provide a refund, but the postage charge should be handled by the buyer and is non-refundable.
If the item is faulty, we will refund for your return postage only up to the amount it originally cost to send the item to you. Unless otherwise agreed before hand, we do not reimburse Express or Registered post cost on returns.
Change of Mind Returns
All order Change of Mind Returns are subject to 25% order cancellation fee.
