What Do I Do If I Have a Question about an Item?
If you have a question about an item, please contact our Customer Service Center via email or webchat. We will generally respond to online enquiries within 24 hours.

ORDERS
What Is My Order Status?
Your order is not confirmed and we do not bill your payment method until your order ships. If you placed an order that was submitted but not accepted, cancelled, or is still processing, you may still see a pending charge on your method of payment.

Why Is My Order Delayed?
While we endeavour to fulfil orders as soon as possible, your order may be delayed if:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address is provided during checkout.
  • The address had no-one to sign for the parcel.
  • Incorrect payment information was entered against the order. Please double check all details at time of checkout as your order will only be created upon receipt of payment.
  • Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to supply product from outside of our standard delivery network. This can cause delays in dispatch if orders are directed to regional locations etc.
